I also believe persecution is coming, perhaps even from the organizational “church”. We must pray and continue to stand for truth. By God’s grace.

Amen! That’s what I meant! We all already know that the world hates the church. The persecution is gonna come from the “church” because we who love the truth will stand against all that is false! We will be called legalistic, unloving, old-fashioned, and probably even demonic for standing for God’s truth! The Bible says that judgement begins in the household of God…none of this takes us, or should not take us by surprise.. (1 Pet 4:17) Remember, even Jesus was betrayed by a “friend”.

I fully agree with what you say Paul. Remember the anabaptists, they were persecuted both by Roman Catholics and Protestants. There’s nothing new under the sun.
