1. Yes, discernment is what we receive when we adhere to His Word and abide in Him. God bless.❤ That’s pretty neat your husband can make videos. Like Lee does. I’m not that techno-savvy. It’s good there’s those that are. 😊

    • I keep missing your comments Susan 🤦‍♀️. Just saw this one. I’m not tech savvy either. It’s the Lord who enables my husband to do these videos. All the glory to Jesus! Blessings ❤️

  2. Thanks for pointing this out Cathy. I used to listen to his radio program back in the 80’s, along with many other Christian radio programs, while I was getting ready for work. I was a baby Christian back then, soaking it all up. I don’t recall his specific teaching on that subject, but it’s pretty plain to me what weeping and gnashing of teeth means.

This was a good video. I like when a teacher or pastor goes deeper by documenting with scripture and researching and defining the original Greek meaning. I think some pastors don’t do their research, and just get lost in translation. Are they really studying to show themselves approved, or just putting forth a book for profit. God does not approve of His Word being merchandised.
    God bless. ♡

    • So true Susan, God doesn’t approve of His Word being merchandised. It’s sad that the true meaning of weeping and gnashing of teeth even needs to be addressed. My former pastor once said that new believers are like baby birds with their mouths wide open waiting to be fed, and they’ll eat whatever you give them. As you, we were like that too as baby Christians, but praise God he gives us discernment as we grow in the Lord. My husband does these videos here at our home. He’s just one of us. 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to watch.

  3. There were different things that stood out when I would listen to Charles Stanley and this is yet another reason to not stay tuned into his teaching. Thank You for sharing Sister. Be Blessed.

    • I’m amazed at some of the things being taught out there these days! Blessings to you as well Julia!

Acts 17:12 Now the Bereans were more noble-minded than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if these teachings were true.

      • Great confirming passage that we must make sure the teachings we hear others speak are of the word of God. There’s alot of sheep sitting by and hopping on board of the first one who tickles their ears with what they want to hear, and there are enough wolves just waiting for the opportunity to sadly swipe them up. Yes it is shocking what is out there, and even more shocking how people don’t question but follow. God Bless Your Day!
