Cathy, thanks for passing along this informative video. Francis and other recent popes have toned down some of ostentatiously gaudy aspects of papal reverence/worship, but history cannot be erased and Billy has provided many excellent examples. Kissing the pope’s feet was also an established custom at formal papal receptions until pope Paul VI ended the practice. The papacy is the syncretization of the pagan Roman imperial model and pseudo-Christianity and is the antithesis of the genuine Gospel.
Thank you for watching, Tom. I wonder how “on fire” Protestant preachers can quote Roman Catholics in a positive way and embrace ecumenism. Rome is more evil than I think any of us realize.

They just don’t want to know or hear “anti-Catholic” polemics. They think anything “negative” about RC-ism is “backwoods fundamentalism” and they’re “educated and broad-minded.”
